I ordered the Salsicce Penne, seduced by the promise of Italian sausage and large portions. What I received was indeed generous but the penne tasted and looked like nothing better than your standard boxed dry pasta, while the olive oil did a poor job coating the penne, the sausage sat in salty clumps, and the powdery parmesan did little to spruce the poor dish up.
I’d give Bellissimo a skip during the Fest. The pasta doesn’t seem to reheat or keep well, and there are so many other good choices.
