Bistro 7 1/4 opened to much anticipation and my supper club and I were not long in following the throngs who made an appearance in this small, stylish space on south Osborne. We tend not to be high rollers when it comes to our choice in restaurants, so Bistro 7 1/4 was a splurge and a treat.
